Subsea Integration Alliance collaborates with OKEA to create a single-team approach, improving operability and reliability, North Sea.

OKEA collaborates closely with Subsea Integration Alliance via an exclusive Frame Agreement to form integrated teams to shorten delivery time, assist in early decision making, and improve cost efficiency throughout the entire life of field cycle. The teams use the latest technologies from Subsea7 and OneSubsea from the early engineering phases throughout the life of the field. This integrated teams approach will be used in all future OKEA subsea development opportunities.

Background
OKEA’s philosophy is performing cost-effective field developments that satisfy all stakeholders, both commercially and technically, with a lean internal organization, which requires close cooperation with high-performance companies to ensure the best efficiency, quality, and HSE. Furthermore, OKEA believes early engagement with contractors and suppliers—along with close cooperation in project development— facilitates optimal development solutions, reduces the project lead time, and minimizes the overall costs.
